We hang our fish on racks, where they dry completely
naturally from sun, wind and weather. The dried fish can be stored in several
years and is built on ancient traditions along the coast.
We know that we can safely beat our chests and say that no one
factory-dried fish can compare with fish that is natural
dried out towards the sea.
Over the years, we have made our production more efficient, so that we can produce more dried fish. Dried fish is a lot of work and provides employment throughout the year, which ensures year-round jobs!
